A friend of mine wrote this Mom --- she lost her Dad --and was telling me on Facebook how much she misses him & was thinking of him.  So today she wrote this poem..and I am sharing it hear with you.... Makes me sad... been thinking of you today...and our lil' Peaches.  I, in my heart, believe our pets go to heaven too.  So look for lil' Peaches.  I'm sure he'd love to see his buddy Daisy...but just keep Jasmine the kitten out of his sight.  LOL -Love you..Miss you..always.... I know you know that though!! ~ Give Peachy a hug from us & tell us we hope to see him again too!! ..and know that it broke our hearts to decide to say "good-bye" to him...
"Me"

I made it up the Stairway
It was just a little climb,
I really didn’t want to go
But God said it was my time.

As I took my final breath
I slowly slipped away,
Knowing that it was goodbye
Until we meet again someday.

I hated to see you standing there
As tears filled up your eyes,
But, I’ve beat the pain and suffering
Let, Heaven be my prize.

If one day you find yourself
Feeling sad and lonely too,
Remember that you’re not alone
For, I am always here with you.

I made it up the Stairway
And now you know I’m fine,
This is where we’ll meet again
When God says that it’s your time.

Please do not be sad for me
For now I am at peace,
No more am I suffering
For all the pain has been released.

Heaven is quite beautiful
No sickness and no pain,
Just know that I am with you all
Whenever you see or feel the rain.

The rain is Tears from Heaven
To send our loving touch,
And let you know, your angels there
And think of you so much.

Don’t be in a hurry
Don’t be sad and full of sorrow,
For every day is a memory
With no promise of tomorrow.

I am not completely gone
My memory still remains,
Just keep me close inside your heart
Until we meet again.

I made it up the Stairway
And into the Holy Light,
I want for all of you to know
That everything will be alright.

For when I was laid to final rest
I asked God to keep you safe,
And he answered..”Yes,my child
I will save them all a place.”

So, I’ll meet you on the Stairway
And take you through the Pearly Gates,
But don’t be in a rush for this
For Heaven is surely worth the wait.

We want to always remember

The beautiful life You lived

And keep alive the memories we have

Through remembering what You did

For You're so Special to all of us

A wonderful person indeed

Your love, laughter and warm smile

Reflected a heart that believed

Just in the everyday things we do

We remember Your faith and love

Although we miss You so very much

Being re-united in the Lord

And as we gather at the Thanksgiving table we'll continue to share

Happy Thanksgiving Mother Dear & to all our angel family & friends in the heavens above. Although it is very hard to give thanks when we have lost you --we give thanks for having "had" you in our lives.  You made us who we are today & you are with us each day ---forever in our hearts.
Thanksgiving Dinners will never be the same for me Mom --always missing you & Grandma Toddy.  Remembering our big Thanksgiving dinners at home.  Grandma and I playing rummy while you bustled around the kitchen in your "apron" --I miss you so much.  Time goes by, and like we say all the time -- that doesn't ease the pain of you not with us.  And hear we are again, the holiday season upon us, and always that missing link to our fun -- YOU -- be with us & send us signs.  Keep everyone safe that is traveling in our families this holiday season & know we are sending our love to you --ALWAYS

I Wish Heaven had a phone so I could hear your voice again.

I thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday and the day before that too. I think of you in

silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll
